GUIDELINE :

Session Selection & Keywords: Choose from 4 parallel thematic sessions or multiple non-thematic sessions. Non-thematic papers must align with at least 2 of the following keywords: Southeast Asia, South Asia, Northeast Asia, West Asia, Central Asia, North Asia, Asia-Africa, Comparative Research, Mobility, Migration, and Borders. 


Abstract Submission: The abstract should be approximately 300 words with 3–5 keywords. 


Presentation Type: Applicants must choose their preferred format between Oral or Poster presentation.


Financial Support: Travel and accommodation aid is awarded on a competitive basis. Selected recipients must submit a 3,000-word working paper (due in October 2025) and agree to participate in an Elsevier book project if requested by the organizers. 


Conference Benefits: There is no registration fee for participants. A welcoming banquet, lunch, and coffee will be provided by SNUAC.
